Close your mouth over your tongue, (allowing a small space for air if your tongue isn’t curled). Slowly sip air in through your ‘straw,’ mentally saying the word “Sat” which means truth. Pull your tongue in and close your mouth. Exhale through your nose slowly, mentally saying “Nam,” which means identity. Repeat this process ten times together.
